Ah well, I'm off to Coed Llandegla to throw my bike (with me, hopefully, still on it) down the singletrack and into the mud.
Again... perhaps I'll bounce this time - just like my front forks.

looking forward to a paned afterwards, though. I reckon they've got it about right at Llandegla, nice clubby atmosphere, very welcome caff and a resident toy shop. Brill.
